What to Expect on Respray Day

From the first consultation to the final inspection, here is exactly how the days run and what you need to do.

What to Expect on Respray Day

Letting a team into your kitchen for a couple of days is a big ask, so it helps to know exactly what happens. Our process is the same on every job.

1. Consultation and colour selection

We assess your kitchen, agree the colour and finish, and confirm the price before anything is booked in.

2. Surface preparation

This is the part that decides how long the finish lasts. Everything is cleaned, degreased and sanded, and the rest of the room is masked and protected.

3. Professional spray application

Advanced spray equipment lays down even coats with no brush marks, with curing time between each coat.

4. Final inspection and completion

We check every door and edge, reassemble everything, and leave the room clean and tidy.

What you need to do

Clear the worktops and empty anything sitting on top of the units. That is it. Most kitchens are finished in 1 to 3 days and you can use the room again as soon as we confirm the coating has cured.
